"Darbys is a very small restaurant so we were pleasantly surprised to get a table so fast without reservation on a Friday night. For my drink I got the Mango Martini and it was perfect. We started with the tempura fried green beans and they lived to the whole hype! These were one of the best appetizers we ever had the crispy tempura, the fresh green beans and the sweet sticky soy sauce... Perfect! We always had a great experience at Darby's and last week was no exception! We brought friends out of town and Kurt knocked it out of the park as usual! Our friends were as impressed as we are always with food and service. Can not wait for the summer on their beautiful terrace!

Perfect combination, pulled pork slide and half a cranberry Walnut salad. Slider was loaded with delicious pork and melted cheese and the image of perfect salad was delicious.
