"Second time here in the last year, just very disappointed in our experience last night and the recurring theme of long wait times. We had reservations for a party of 8. We arrived at about 7:15, but everything took a very long time. When we arrived it was peak hour, every table was full and the wait staff was running around so we were patient and understanding. We have worked customer service we get it. After 8, the place started to clear out and we still did not receive our food until 9.. almost 2 hours later. Once we did get our food, 3/4 of the way through my food I noticed two small curly black hairs baked into my chicken Romano. I was sick to my stomach after having eaten almost all of it, then finding hair.. Again, we have all worked customer service so we get it, sh*T happens, but when it does happen to you it completely disgusts and kills your vibe. They were extremely accommodating and kind about it, took the meal off our check and offered to remake it, but it was too far gone at that point to want anything else. On the bright side, salads, soup, appetizers were all amazing and no issues. Our waiter was amazing and did his absolute best with having two large tables among others so we tipped him very well and would definitely request him again."
