"Paid for dad bod burger with okra on the side. was told it will be 10 minutes till it is done. Also ordered pork plate with fried okra and Mac and cheese. We waited 15 minutes and the burger was cold with frozen cheese and barely warm burger patties and cold brisket. They got busy and we waited for 30 more minutes for okra and we asked about it and they didn't get any for us so they told us to wait 3 more minutes and they gave us one order of okra not the 2 we paid for and now we are waiting still for the second order and it's nearly been 1 hour waiting for fried vegetables."

When ever we have the chance, we go to Dickeys. We have been to a lot and when I need to choose the best one, than it is this one here. Young crew, great food, friendly and lots of other guests. Was too delicious, forgot to make pictures...

I made this order to be delivered at my hotel. I called 15 min after it was supposed to be delivered just to be told it was waiting for me. They then delivered at 8.45 45 min after it was supposed to be delivered. Only to find out our drinks was missing, fries where cold and socky (we threw them out) and wings where cold and 4 of the 16 ordered was the wrong flavour? we tried to call 4 times from the front desk, but no answer. 1 week after still no answer from the store.

Just horrible. I ordered chicken wings. I watched her take already grilled, almost burned wings out of the freezer drop them a deep fryer for under 5 minutes. I ordered them with buffalo wing sauce...three out of the 9 wings had some sauce on them the rest did not. Even my dog didn't want them. I should have gone to McDonald's. Just aweful. I certainly hope I don't get a canned, we will resolve the issue reply from their customer service. All these canned replies are truly insulting.
