I wish I could give dish bonus stars. the accolades are well deserved, and although it is on the pricier side for lincoln, it is worth (and would be much more expensive in a big city)! everything we had, from the smoked reeds to the caramelized plant ice cream, and everything in between, was absolutely extraordinary. I'm planning my next visit.

A good try, a challenging presentation of American cuisine. The appetizers seemed to be stronger; loved the baby quash (Zucchini slices) and especially the roasted beets. The fried chicken was pretty good, but a bit boring to the end. The chile tofu ramen reminded us more of dan dan nudeln than ramen. The schoyu egg in the ramen was too salty. Service might have been better; Server did not ask if we wanted another drink and then seemed to have forgotten our order until we asked another server in the middle of our main course. decided to skip dessert afterwards. But above all a positive experience.
