"I have been going to dresser hill since I was a child, my siblings and cousins use to all jump in the back of my uncle's truck and off we went, the food was always amazing, and the ice creams were taller than the cone! I hadn't been in years until my sister, brother in- law and their children came for a visit and we met up there for dinner and ice cream. I'm sure its a great place, first time there experience was bad, they screwed up my ice cream my order was kids chocolate, kids vanilla with rainbow sprinkles, sm black raspberry, and a banana boat, the kids ice cream was fine, then who makes a black raspberry banana boat. Oh the new person working there. Corrected them on the order she said she could remake it. My frustration is I just want my money back for the boat and black raspberry, told have to wait in line, by now the line is way to long so just left. Won't be going back wtf

The ice cream is great BUT they aren't following COVID-19 protocol. The girl taking orders wasn't wearing her mask correctly. I asked her to wear it correctly and she got angry. I told her it isn't safe to be working with public and not wearing mask properly. She fixed it, took our order, took our money, and NEVER actually submitted our order. Obviously this person was acting vindictively because I asked her to wear the mask properly. Unbelievable. Serving food dealing with the public (and very close to the people too) and not following the most basic safety protocol. I am reporting to the state. Rudest workers ever!!! I have been here multiple times over the past 2 months and every single time I go, the girls are extremely rude and disrespectful. I understand that business is very busy, but that is no excuse to take anger out on customers. Tonight was the last time I will ever order from here again. Granted it was very busy, it took 40 minutes for our food to come out. Our lemonade was watery and disgusting so we swapped it out for a FLAT soda. "My family has stopped at Ronnie's in Auburn Massachusetts since 1983. It is our station on the way from New Jersey to summer vacation in New Hampshire. We make the trip several times a year, and always stick to Ronnie 's as a matter of course. Indeed, we avoid traveling on Mondays and Tuesdays as Ronnies is closed these days! "When I first started going there. I loved it. HOW EVER, about a month ago, they changed the seasonings used to make the home fried potatoes. I was told that someone said they were too salty. (OK, use a little less, not hard to figure out). I DID NOT LIKE THE NEW SEASONINGS. COULD NOT EAT THEM. TOLD THE WAIT STAFF, (WHO ARE EXCELLENT PEOPLE) About it. When back a few times, but the management didn't have the good sense to listen to a regular customer. Went back today, didn't order home fries, but got em anyway. Ate one, THAT WAS ONE TOO MANY. "Zorba's is a Mediterranean place that oozes a home-y Greek feeling. There's a ton of seating inside and every time I've gone the wait has been minimal. The food is always fresh, although it sometimes takes a little longer to come out. I've had more than a dozen menu items, and each one was cooked perfectly and there was never any issues and I never had to send any food back. The staff is normally pretty good, however the last few times I've gone there have been missing items and it took a while for us to get our orders in. However I still come here every time I'm in the area!"
