I ordered an ice cream cake online from Baskin Robbins at this store. The pick-up process was very convenient with a parking lot available. The staff quickly got the cake for me and I was able to leave promptly. I highly recommend ordering a cake online and picking it up from this location for special occasions like birthdays and holidays.

My order was messed up because the employee was distracted by her phone. I politely requested the cold foam that I had originally asked for, but instead received a dirty look and whipped cream on my coffee. I left the restaurant frustrated and tried not to make a scene. To make matters worse, the whipped cream started to curdle in my drink. I was so angry that I wanted to throw my drink at the employee. She definitely needs to be fired!
