"It shouldn’t take me 30+ minutes to go through the drive thru at 10 at night during a weekday. I noticed once an order is taken, the next car waits a long time until it’s their turn. When I arrived at the window, it seemed there was only one, very overworked employee, all alone. SHAME on management/owners of this store. This location is pretty busy and active with the restaurants open late all around. This man shouldn’t be working alone. And to the poor employee, find you a better job honey. Thank you for my drink, it was honestly delicious and people usually mess it up. Again, don’t slave yourself for a job that treats you like that."

This is the DD I usually visit in this area. The staff is always nice and my coffee usually tastes good. They fought with the cook on their breakfast items for a while, but it was definitely better recently. If you submit a complaint, the manager is good to get back to you, apologise and offers you free food in the future to create it. Also a favorable position.

Very unprofessional drive up service Asked for frozen coffee to be easy on the ice was told cannot do it ......I go to the other Dunkin in Hickory hills and they can do it .....I had a bad experience here before too so I do not come here I guess you have lost a customer never again. Two people were talking to me at the same time arguing very unprofessional Will not recommend this place to anyone
