"Checked out Mimosa House in El Dorado Hills last weekend for the first time with a couple of friends. We went at 12pm so the wait was very minimal. The inside has lots of seating and nice big open windows. I enjoy the EDH Town Center a lot it's fun to walk around and check out all the shops. Their menu is huge so I was a bit overwhelmed and took longer than normal to decide on what I wanted. I ordered 2 drinks They Honey Bee (for caffeine) and the Peep Mosa which was Easter themed with a bunny peep on the rim. Came here for brunch and it was pretty good! I got the carnitas skillet and a side of crispy bacon. The inside was a bit too dark but I liked the decor. The place was pretty busy and our server was great, but the host was a little cold as she showed us to our seats. The carnitas was surprisingly done well but the bottom of the skillet was a little too soggy for my liking. There are so many options on the menu and many mimosa options. This overall exceeded my expectations.

I went here with my mom and we both really enjoyed the atmosphere, food and mimosas. We ordered a Brut flight and Antionette to share. Love the flavors and a the options they have. The service was pretty slow from being seating f, to taking our order and then getting our food and drinks. We were there for well over an hour. My mom ordered the salmon Benedict and I ordered the chicken sausage scramble. My mom enjoyed her dish my and I enjoyed mine as well. What I didn't like was the up charge on adding vegetables.
