"The bagels at this restaurant were delicious! The schmear was a bit pricey, but that's not a big deal. I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars because of my recent experience. I placed 3 separate orders but the person at the window insisted I only had 2. When I checked the bags, I saw that they had combined 2 orders in 1 bag. I informed them of this and they still claimed I only had 2 orders. Despite the confusion, I decided to just take what I had and our transaction was completed. Overall, it was an okay experience. Good morning."

This place has only the sweetest staff! I come several times a week to get fuel for my early morning and everyone here just puts a bright start to my day. Try the cherry yogurt danish!

I love this restaurant! I give it five stars, but it is a bit pricey. The bagels and coffee are excellent. We paid $45 for a fast food breakfast for three adults and a child (no dine-in available).

Recently, there has been a change in management at this restaurant. Originally a Caribou Coffee, it has now been transformed into an Einstein Brothers location. In the past, some of the cashiers were quite rude, but during my recent visit, I experienced excellent service. Although I did not catch his name, the cashier was very friendly and polite. Hopefully, this level of customer service will be consistent moving forward.
