"Such an epic disappointment. Not a busy Saturday night, but somehow we were left in the cold. The chips and Guac we ordered didn't come out until we inquired 20 mins after ordering.... At the 40 minute mark we wondered if the kitchen went on a break? People around us were getting their food, but alas we were forgotten. My mole enchiladas were probably good at one point, but by the time I received them, they were cool, dry and unappealing. The fish taco seemed less than fresh as well. Such a bummer of an experience. I wish I could get a refund. Don't waste your time here."

I never made it inside. Parking is horrible. No spaces. Narrow street. I went to La Hacienda across the street. Plentiful parking and great fun.

There food is seasonal. This season wasn't too hot. Many of the items on the menu this season were kind of bland. Even the fish tacos weren't very good. I would like to see them experiment more.

"If you are looking for a quick bite to eat before a spa day at this hotel (McAurther Place), then this is the place to go! We were here for a bachelorette and decided to go to Layla for lunch. The ambience of this place was so relaxing and let you feel censored when you just went towards the restaurant. We sat in the outdoor area with a beautiful large table for the six of us conveniently close. Since we were in Napa, it is only natural that we order a bottle of wine so that we decided to share and celebrate a bottle of her rosé (as we spoke and tears about our favorite thing about the bride-to-be, haha). For appetizers we ordered the garlicries and patatas bravas (aka really good hash brown and sauce). As far as the Entreé is concerned, I tried her steak frits, who tasted so amazingly with herbal butter. Overall, I recommend this place not only for food, but also for the ambience and appearance of the place!"

"Wow. For some reason, I'm always letting myself down from highly rated restaurants, but this place lived not only up to its reviews, but left me away. This place wore me from the first bite to the last. The seafood bouillabaisse was it. Fresh halibut, shrimp, mussels and shells, and you didn't even need bread, it was incredible. Great cocktails, relaxed atmosphere and fast service were at a discount. Definitely reserve and rest when the weather is beautiful!"

"This restaurant is absolutely wonderful with a sophisticated atmosphere and plenty of natural light. The waitstaff and wine consultant were exceptional. The food and wine selection were top-notch. While it may be a little expensive, that is to be expected at a fine dining establishment like the Fairmont. However, the quality of the food and desserts was outstanding. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience from start to finish."
