"From the outside it looks small but when inside it opens up to a good size. Bathrooms were clean!!!! Our waitress was extremely nice and extremely knowledgeable about gluten which is awesome!!!! I'm a celiac and this is a must!! The food was delicious and we got big portions. Prices are great! Restaurant is clean! We will definitely be back!!! Waitress was Aldaneli. We ordered: Chimichangas El Patron. Shredded chicken. Rice. Fruit. Cheerwine. El Patron Special chicken, steak, shrimp in garlic pepper sauce, rice, house salad. Cheerwine."

We went through Salisbury and were in the mood for Mexican food. Was very happy with the aromas and cleanliness of the restaurant. They can say they use high quality ingredients and care how they make their food. When we come back here, we will definitely stop here.

We had a great experience! Wonderful outside patio with quiet but fun music. FANTASTIC SERVICE (Lunch hours)! The chips and salsa were homemade and soo good. For entrees we had the patron special and ground beef chinchangas. So yummy. He also gave us a taste of the churros! We will be coming back!

Had the worst waitress she wasn't human at all, took our order and only once saw her the only time I saw her when she went to talk to her friends at the table next to us. It was my first time here and I ordered something for the first time not know that it was not completely boiled, and she says you ordered it and went away would not feel very unpleasant like a black person here it was pouring? definitely not the same as the Mexican or Cuban restaurants in Miami, where I am very disappointed. She never came back to pay for my family?

"Ah! Palms used to be one of my favorite restaurants in Salisbury, especially when Jason the Chef/Küche Manager(2020). But things have changed drastically since I visited about 18 months ago. The service was still great, but the food was terrible! We ordered a steak and cheese, roasted Okra, chilled fish and shrimp, Mac and cheese, Hushpuppies and potatoes. Nothing had taste except the Mac and cheese... it had taste... it was only not a desirable taste. I'm not sure how to describe the taste... but Cheesy is definitely not it! The rest of the food was simple, bland and inconspicuous....and overpriced! (I really wanted a blueberry crepe... but $9, for a crepe?! I didn't want to risk it because our meals were bad) And to finish everything, we were charged like $1.60-1.65 to pay a debit card for a $40 lunch! Absurd!"

"my experience with mambo grill was always very good. but I think they should provide better customer service. yesterday I had planned to eat there and I wanted to ask if a reservation was necessary. I often tried and couldn't help anyone answer the phones until a message of post-time was heard full. I thought they were short-time servants and didn't have someone to answer the phones. it is understandable. when I arrived there, the restaurant was closed because of the problems with the air conditioning system. there was a sign on the door. but why don't they have a message on the website or on the phone greeting to prevent people from coming all the way there from different places to find the restaurant closed? it is not difficult to put a message on the phone as well as on the front door. it was frustrating to find another place to go on a Friday night. we had no plan b. the restaurant showed open on the website, on google. eating is great as far as I remember, but the customer service could not be better."

"The food is outstanding! Best Alfredo I've ever had! The garlic knots were fresh and so good, the pasta was amazing as was the salad my husband had and my soup. The waiter was so attentive and super nice and it was a great price. If my Italian grandpa comes to visit this is definitely the place I am taking him. Overall an amazing sit down restaurant, I wish I knew to wear something nicer than jeans and a tee but it wasn't a problem."

"decided on this ice cream on a laune to lunch and it was a fixed choice. there was no waiting time to sit and it was not as crowded as bar a few doors down. the waiting staff kept their cool, even as the kitchen had difficultities to pick up boards in time. they were friendly and attentive to the guests and did what they could to keep all informed. I saw beer in a bigger cooler, but I didn't notice any brave one that is a tad disappointing. the food was great! I had a truthahn pesto club and a side salad with tomato bacon vinaigrette dressing. it was perfect for a light lunch!"
