"Been coming to this El Pollo Loco for 11 years and have always been happy. Recently they've had issues messing up my order. Today I ordered a double chicken avocado salad. The cashier asked if I was requesting the double chicken tostada salad. I corrected her and told her again I wanted the double chicken avocado salad. Several minutes later I was served a salad in a tostada that clearly was not what I ordered. When I tried to get them to correct the order, a person from behind the grill came around and tried to explain to me in Spanish that it was the same thing and that I apparently should just dump the salad out of the tostada and eat it that way. Normally their chicken is tender and moist. The Uber Eats order was very dry and hard. I was disappointed. I will still give them another chance to do it right.

Well the sprite was good! Moved my office to mesa a year ago and go often to this place. Particular Drive thru lady is always so rude. Can?t wait til I finish ordering. You can tell she gets upset when we special order an item like no onion etc. always rushes orders and it?s not like there was long line. Today the chips were thrown in a baggie and were all crushed not even tied the salsas looked like they went bad. I don?t care how long an employee is there someone needs to put her in check hopefully the new so called manager will do something to get it running like it use to.

I went out. Very clean restaurant. Very good customer service. Smile/Grading/suggestive sell...all perfect up....I came home. The fourth (4th! time I got chicken from this place that, while NOT busy, serves me DRY, SHRIVELED, CRUSTY unedible pieces of chicken that should be thrown away, instead served at food cost to save. I've missed this SAME problem three times. These chickens should have been discarded 3 hours before and I should have been served some fresh. Shame on the manager/servers for not do quality control!! You have lost a very patient customer who previously loved EPL

"I found Aloha yogurt over a year ago when I try a new yogurt place (my favorite dessert). The variety of flavors and the fact that they change them quite consistently is amazing. My favorite stuff I had so far is probably Oreo red velvet, Captain Crunch and the circus cookie! I love the fact that she made house Keksteig too. Such a variety of blows! I want to see a taste like salted Carmel Bretzel! Mmm"

"I had the macro plate with a side of hummus and it was amazing! you get the money when you order it. perfect amount of food and very healthy by low/none oil in the cooking process. the plate comes with bon, tofu, brown rice and a mixture of steamed vegetables. also pita brot on the side. I also had a side of hummus to give it more taste."

"I normally love chilis and usually the service is great. My friend who just got home from her flight was hungry and so was I so we decided to stop in. It was father 's day, and we could tell they were short staffed so we totally understood the wait. Both of us are in the service industry and know what it 's like at a restaurant. The server got our drink and food order and never came back. We never got our appetizer and eventually asked for it to go since we no longer wanted it. We asked for another order of drinks while we waited for our main course and never got them. Asked for an update on the drinks and the server never put them in. Drinks never ended up coming again so we eventually flagged the server down and asked him to take the drinks off our tab. Server then asked us how we wanted our check (split or together) before our food even came out? People all around us were leaving but we decided to stay since we were so hungry. Eventually food came out after an hour of waiting, and was cold. Worst experience i 've ever had at a restaurant, the manager never came around and the server didn 't give us any explanation other than sorry . Won 't be coming back anytime soon."
