"Management needs to be MUCH more gracious to customers. I ordered a margarita on the rocks. When it arrived, it was warm and tasted bad. I added ice to cool it hoping that might improve the taste, but that didnt work. The manager stopped by to ask how we were doing and I let him know my drink was off and I couldn't drink it. We were met with resistance from the start. His demeanor changed abruptly and he became combative about my request. Great place to eat have a cold drink. Also the waitresses are not bad looking either and very nice and helpful. WILL NEVER GIVE MY BUSINESS TO THEM AGAIN at least this location. I go and sit and waiting to take my order and an employee was sitting being loud and obnoxious a customer then told them to be quiet their disruptive to their meal and then the worker said they can do what they want basically starting a huge argument. The customer asked for the manager and she was to very disrespectfully that they weren't there and they could call him being very sarcastic and just plain awful the staff did nothing to diffuse the situation and sat there and watched. "My company recently had a celebration at The Loft, a green space restaurant. We had an open bar with appetizers and dinners. The event was perfect! The room was spacious for the number of people attending, clean, smelled great, and the food was delicious. The staff, especially the waiters and the two bartenders (I forgot their names), were fantastic. They allowed me early access to the room to go over table placement, special cocktail suggestions, and use of their A/V system. "I went there got to chip sandwiches they charged me $5 and some change for the same size sandwiches that you can go to 13th Street andpay 1.99 for and then half of my sandwich didn't even have meat on it I was at work and not able to take my sandwich back down there to get it replaced they told me to hang on to my sandwich until I can get back down there to replace it I was really unhappy with the the rudeness of the guy that works there"

"Visiting my brother, I like to find local coffee shops, so glad to have found this one. The food is fresh, staff was friendly and helpful and our drinks were delicious. I had an Iced Matcha Latte with oat milk, add vanilla and real honey and their chicken salad with cowboy caviar, YUM! YUM! YUM! will definitely be my staple when I return."

"I'm new to the area, and have been making my rounds to all of the pizza establishments locally. Decided to try out Giovanni's during a weekday, around 1pm. When we arrived, there was no one there. We ordered some garlic knots and a pizza. Atmosphere was good, but the wait time I thought was too much. The garlic knots took approximately 25 min. Once they came out, we could tell they were fresh, and actually tasted great, but the wait time was confusing as we were the only ones there. The pizza came out about 10 min later. It was good pizza, I'll give them that. While there, the only waitress was nice, but I found it displeasing that she seemed to stay on her cell phone all the times me while at the bar. Overall, the food was good, but they need to work on wait times and appearance of customer service."

"Our server, Michaela, was awesome. Friendly and knowledgeable about the many craft beers on tap. Great service. The food was hot and delicious. Last time I had the house burger and it was perfect. Last night we had the bulgogi steak and cheese. So incredibly good. Had to take half home, along with half the Parmesan truffle fries. Go. You won’t be sorry."
