We had an 8:00 PM reservation, but when we arrived, we were told it would be a 25 minute wait for a table. We arrived for 9:30 . We a reservation for 7 ended up being 6 . The manager then comes to me to tell we can't accommodate your reservation being that's it's two extra people which makes 8 . I said what are you talking it's 6 people and even if it was an extra person my reservation was for 7 people so what two extra people . The whole thing was unprofessional to automatically Tried to cancel our reservation because they assumed we had extra people . We did get a round of shots but that's unprofessional . I'm a manager of a restaurant that's not okay

I’ve had this restaurant bookmarked for a long time. Today is the day that I was able to finally visit Elite Williamsburg. My family and I booked reservations online and the process was seamless.Angel was our server and he was the best! He was very attentive and always made sure that we were good. Our party of 10 was extremely satisfied with our meal and beverage choices. All of the food was extremely delicious.Two of my sisters both have birthdays in November so I decided to celebrate them at this event. On Instagram it is portrayed as this fun trendy professional establishment, but it was anything but what it’s portrayed to be.I made my reservation two months in advance, only for me to arrive on time to be told it’ll be a 25 minute wait downstairs. The service was horrible as was the food. The food was like warm and dry, I wouldn’t even feed that to my dog. The drinks were beyond watered down, and we waited an hour and ten minutes for our food.
