"Greeted by the bartender, very friendly, got seated immediately. Was told what the special was for the day, offered drinks. Waitress was very friendly (sorry, don't remember her name). Meal was superb, steak a little underdone, but great flavor, (had ordered medium think it came out as medium rare). The potato was perfect, and salad and soup (French onion) was really good. I do wish that they would go back to the other French Onion soup that they used to have, it was AMAZING!!!! I used to tell everyone to go there just for that particular soup! Thanks again for giving me the opportunity to enjoy a great meal!!"

Food was outstanding. Service was flawless. Best seafood risotto with huge shrimp, scallops and lobster. Hubby’s steak was perfect. Salad. Bread. Dessert. All delicious. Will definitely be back.

We had seafood Alfredo and a steak the Alfredo had no flavor. And my steak 40.00 was over cooked and was only seasoned on the outside edge of the meat I would not recommend for the price and lack of flavor

"We had the pastrami sandwich that included chips and a drink for lunch today. I was very good! Soft bread, perfect portion size, wrapped so you can eat it in your car or at the park and not make too much of a mess. You should give it a try."

"We are in town for New Years and a Chiefs game. Bristol’s was recommended by our Airbnb host and it did not disappoint. We made reservations for 6 top and arrived 15 minutes early and we were seated promptly. Adam was our waiter and was amazing. He is the reason for a solid 5 stars. He made great recommendations for us, kept our drinks filled at all times and cleared our table quickly after we finished with a serving. We started with cauliflower, calamari and oysters for appetizers. All three were very good, but the cauliflower stole the show. It was so good. Secondly, 3 of us had Cesar salads and they were great. The dressing is made fresh daily and it makes all the difference. My husband ordered the bisque and he was nice enough to swap with me halfway through because I loved the bisque when I tried his. For entrees we had a variety of things off the menu. One member of our party had the Tuna and said it was exceptionally good. Another had the filet and crab cake and loved both. He commented on the crab cake being the best he has ever had. Another member had the KC strip and said the flavor was great, but the steak was on the tough side. Another member had the chicken, it was a large serving and was very flavorful and good. The potatoes were a standout on this dish. I had the sea bass and it was okay. I’ve had better, but it was still pretty good. I didn’t finish all of it. It was. Bite rubbery and I probably wouldn’t order it again if I went back. Our last member decided on the lobster Mac and cheese. It was good, but not a stand out. Lastly we had cream brûlée for dessert. We are a bit of hard judges when it comes to crème brûlée and we would give this a 7/10. It needed a bit more toasting on the top. Over all we had a great evening with great friends along with exceptional serves from Adam. We will definitely come back if ever in KC."

"Great atmosphere in a great location. Impeccable service. The food wasn’t for me. Particularly the cucumber salad. The weiner schnitzel was a little tough. Good potato salad tho. The sausages were decent as well. To be fair. We were just in New Branfels, and while those restaurants are German, the dishes are mostly the same but executed at a higher ls level."

"What a fun venue! I'm always looking for restaurants with a good selection for my vegan friend and the Westside local fills that void. Although reservations are recommended we arrived Sunday for brunch without any and were seated in less than 10 minutes. Mat , at the front was very helpful and welcoming. Our waitress, Hannah was great! She was very friendly , knowledgeable and efficient. Even though the place was jumping (and a bit loud) she never acted or made us feel rushed quite the contrary she made us feel quite welcome like regulars. The food was fantastic! My friend ordered the biscuits and gravy, mushroom gravy with no meat. I had the country Benny and it was great! We lucked out with a parking space right by the door otherwise the street parking is very limited. Highly recommend. I am sure to return soon. Thank you for a pleasant experience."

"For the first time the other night for a birthday party, great experience. Our server was so nice and knowledgeable and even other employees interacted with us. Food was delicious, even an appetizer on the house that was very appreciated. Really sweet, atmospheric, intimate restaurant. Everyone should try!"
