Only as we were leaving did someone plug in a wall air conditioner, but it was too late for us. Once we were seated, it took about ten minutes before we even got menus—in fact the bread came before the menus did. The decor was relatively non-existent, and consisted of framed reviews of the restaurant and multiple huge Christmas present-type boxes with bows in between the framed reviews (I guess the holidays last into the summer at Fino).
