"Upon arriving a little after they opened they were just not prepared. The pop machine didn?t have ice nor was the pop even working. Luckily the food was good. Hopefully management can pick things up and get everyone on same page and continue to run a business that provides service and an enjoyable place to eat at. A bit annoying I had ordered 2 sandwiches, and unfortunately both sandwiches were mixed with the other sandwiches items, this is unfortunately the second time that this happened. I love fireworks, but I don't want me to order half of mine and half of the other sandwich. I want to come back, but I also want to see what I ordered with 40 issues and a tip. I hope next time?

This place is a joke. Waited for our order to finally get our sandwiches and see that they have the order wrong. They asked what sandwiches we ordered and supposedly began to make the right order. We waited another half an hour and gave up and got a refund. All the time we were there, the staff sounded like they were fighting. You just have to close this location down or hire a whole new staff that takes care of the work. Don't waste your time here!

Ordered our food at 7pm, got it at 7:30, the kids meal was right, but the regular sandwiches were wrong. Took the sandwiches back up for them to get it right. Waited another half hour before giving up and asking for a refund. The entire time there were several people there just waiting 30+ minutes for their food. Whoever was in charge sounded annoyed with his team and when he wasn't around the team moved slowly and with a total lack of interest in actually working.
