"Disappointing dinner. Ciopinno was far too salty and skimpy on seafood. Fried soft shells were over battered and also too salty. I am not overly sensitive to salt but both dishes were ruined by too much salt. Best thing was Chocolate Hurricane dessert . The ice cream cookie dessert was not good. The cookie had no flavor. Ate here over 10 years ago and it was great at that time. Won't be going back."

This place was awesome. Our server was very friendly knowledgeable of the days specials. He recommended an appetizer as well as an entree. Very relaxing atmosphere.

the table was ready when we arrived. need to replace broken / oiled corks in both toilets, it was old tired. the place was not the ff we know in the past. lamb: large shrimp n grits: large baked oysters/remoulade sauce: big no glasses by Proseco.as advertised only bottles? she wants to be known as weeping? creme brûlée: on a watery consistency. but we closed the place.

"OMG...y'all out did with the coconut-crusted grouper with Basmati rice, Thai Curry Sauce pineapple salsa. They are our favorite restaurant in OBX... we eat there a lot, but holy Moly....the food reminded us of being back in the Caribbean! Wow...wow...WOW you nailed it!!!!"

"This used to be a fantastic local eatery and watering hole. Don't waste your time now as the owner/manager is a total jerk and control freak. He would not sit our group because one person in the party walked in 3 minutes after the party was seated. The whole group got kicked out because of one barley late arrival. Also this kinda felt like racial profiling as the group had Hispanic Americans, African Americans as well as Indian Americans and the tone was not welcoming at all. Thankfully the Jolly Roger was just down the street and we were able to get the service and experience we were hoping for. I started eating here in 2002 and 20 years later, I'll never step foot in here again. Being a local it makes me sad to see local businesses treat patrons like this. The most unfortunate part of this experience was the wait staff missing out on a very generous gratuity."

"Awesome food and impeccable, polite service. Stopped in twice with my partner while on vacation we knew after the first time we would have to be back before we left the Outer Banks. The second time we visited we requested an outdoor table, and although we were the only ones sitting in that section (it seemed as though it had been closed, chairs stacked on tables, etc. they happily sat us at our requested table and even checked if the music was too loud. Our servers were excellent both times I wish I had gotten their names so I could include them in this review. Excellent cocktails and fresh Margaritas, and I would highly recommend La Granara a pomegranate mojito!"

"Great food and service! It shouldn't matter that it was also inexpensive, but who doesn't like a bargain? Had dinner here tonight and had to leave a review. The staff was friendly and very helpful with my menu questions. I travel with a vegan child and finding good restaurant food for her isn't always easy. Thai Room had lots of options and the staff was knowledgeable about vegan restrictions. The portions were generous, so we also have leftovers for lunch. We even got dessert and we almost never get dessert. Fried bananas with a sorbet. They deliver, so a nice option if you prefer. I hate that the app will only let me give 4 stars because this restaurant also offers meat and seafood. Families are diverse and often include different diets. A restaurant that offers appealing choices for everyone gets 5 stars from me."
