"There is no better BBQ around the Chicago area. Frank's knows how to smoke meat. Best Brisket, pork, chicken, and the ribs! Oh, tried them today. My goodness, maybe the best damn ribs I have ever had. I have had BBQ from all over the east and south, and Frank's is at the top along with Naaman's in Texarkana. Thank God Frank's is a lot closer!"

We were in the city of Pittsburgh and found this place based on the reviews. We had wings, pulled ribs, pigs and brisket and none of them disappointed. The sauce was also excellent, some of the best BBQ I had in a while!

Every time I get done eating Frank 's I sit there for a little while shaking my head and say damn that was good! . I keep thinking the chili is the best I 've ever had, and I 've eaten some great chili over the years. Very friendly service!

"I found it off-putting that they use pre-cooked chicken in their wraps and sandwiches, especially if you order the grilled version. The wrap was very soggy, so much so that we had to re-wrap it with our own tortillas when we got home. It was still dripping wet from the reheated chicken. Overall, I would rate the food a 1, service a 4, and atmosphere a 4."

"Went here for the first time last night. It was excellent. From the reservation process all the way to leaving, it was a pleasant experience. The food was excellent. Buffalo shrimp appetizer was seasoned and cooked perfectly. The brisket was tender and flavorful. The portions are generous and the prices are good. My husband had the ribs and they were great too. Let 's face it, in today 's world, you CAN get great food at many places; but, what sets this place apart is the service. Allie was our server and she welcomed us warmly as soon as we walked in. She was knowledgeable and made great suggestions. Blake came out to thank us upon our departure. All of these 'little ' touches mean a lot. I would highly recommend that you visit this restaurant."

"We think our waiter needs more experience relating to people. We also think he needs training in the proper way to handle food. He packaged our leftover appetizer in the back kitchen where we could see him handling our food with bare hands. That is very unsanitary."

"Eating and service was fast and efficient, also with several banquet room parties, which were around 3 o'clock on Saturday. portion size was humble for the pot roast with flat noodles specially for $11,95 and included a small dessert. this is a long time span favorite of me and try to visit this place at least once in the month."
