"The classic Freebirds vibe, but I noticed that the food was not as fresh as some other places. The chicken and the rice were cold, and the salad was soggy. Not terrible, but not the best experience I had with Freebirds before. For the price it is a big quick bite, but to be honest, I don't want to come back to this particular place. It could have been a bad timing or a free day, but it was certainly not the quality and freshness I would have expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. Always great people work here!!"

*Delivery from Waitr* I had ordered a Burrito, chips and salsa and a Topo Chico. Everything was excellent and I would like to have it back if I'm ever close to Houston.

I'm never dissatisfied with food quality. OMG is so good! But I miss the friendly Rocker type that serves me. It's gonna be so *normal*. I liked the uniqueness of the past.

Free birds have the best chips! This place is good, fun decoration and friendly staff. The food wasn't the best of those we tried. It didn't taste fresh. But overall we had a good experience. The seating area inside is comfortable.

"The food made me sick. Kept burping it up and felt like vomiting later that evening and that's because I only ate 1 taco. I couldn't stand eating anymore. The beans had a weird taste. Not spoiled, just something strange. Not sure if it was something they added or what they cooked them in. The barbacoa also tasted off. It was dry and gamey. Maybe it was old. The tortillas were okay if they were hot, but once they got cold, they were hard and broke when they were folded. The best items were the papas and coffee. Interior needed updating. Brown paneling everywhere."

"When you have the chance to visit, don't expect fancy décor. While it may not be the most stylish, this restaurant excels in its welcoming and attentive staff. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly it arrived. The burger was fully loaded with fresh ingredients like lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, and mayonnaise. The french fries were hot and seemed to have been cut recently. I will definitely return to this restaurant. Additionally, it was packed with customers, a clear sign of good food at a reasonable price."

"shrimp po’boy w/xtra garnelen and fransen has never disappointed. but to calculate $0.50 for a refill of a drink?. I think this is very small and extremely lame. I would have 5 stars with the exception of the additional fee for a refill of drinks. this is just spit into the face of their customer and shows no appreciation for our paragliding. which business costs extra for a refill?. is its lower line that is marginal?. they must come to the modern world (post 2020) and show some thankfulness by not holding their middle finger in their face with this $0.50 refill fee and be grateful that they have some customers or maybe they don't want to customers so they keep it to the few they have"
