"some of the best food I had in the Albuquerque area. it is in bernalillo but the journey worth it. our server, christian, was great, helpful, personal, but not intrusive. I had brisket and ripen delicious. we had the freight Houseries (not on the menu) that were fantastic. the gloomy was the churros with ice and honey, again delicious. we will go back."

Great restaurant from the owners of The Range. They do alot of bbq here. Food is good and reasonably priced. The staff here is very nice and accommodating

Incredible food, wonderful, friendly vibe and cool, modern industrial decor. Our waiter was awesome and gave use great information on the menu. Great place for families too.

Absolutely delicious. You can tell the head chef cares about what leaves the kitchen when it comes to quality. Looks basic but the classic dishes are recreated to fit in modern day taste. Beer was delicious as usual

"This was our first visit to Blades Bistro and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We were looking for a nice restaurant that had some menu items that aren’t what we normally find in area restaurants. I had the seafood special, Scallops and Wild Mushroom risotto and it was delicious. My husband had the Pasta Roma, and also thought it was great. Prices seemed very reasonable, the ambience is very nice and relaxing. Service was very good, but not at all intrusive. We will definitely come back.."

"Yelp did not disappoint. Came here on the basis of my review of yelp ratings as we were driving through Albuquerque. We stopped at the location in Bernalillo. We both had the spinach enchiladas. They needed salt but overall they were quite good. Very nice corn cheese sauce. I would recommend them as long as you're comfortable adding a little salt. Now the highlight of the meal was the latte cake. They have lots and lots of desserts and unfortunately we could only eat one. We enjoy the gift shop on our way out. Highly recommend this place. Wish we could come back but we're not coming through Albuquerque again anytime soon."

"I initially arrived a bit after six and was told by the young hostess they weren’t seating anyone without a reservation as they were very busy. I asked about bar seating and was told they did not serve in the bar. I went out to my car and was able to secure a reservation for 1 at 7. I returned inside the restaurant around 6:45 and was promptly seated by a lovely server named Avery. Food was worth the aggravation."

"We had the $27.99 meal for 2 deal. The honey BBQ ribs were perfect, beautifully caramelized in the ribs, and wished I had ordered a full lap, the frits were excellent. Other half had the Bourbon Bacon Burger and found it greasy and did not care about the Bourbon sauce. My coffee was served San's spoon, and no one with our dishes, but the servers did very well because they were so busy."
