"I received some very horrible customer service from this young lady I ordered a small regular coffee and it took like 30 minutes for me to get it I have to basically go up there and ask for my coffee because she didn't care about me anymore after I paid. This was a very unpleasant and emotional situation that I was in I felt very embarrassed and ashamed not even went into this location but I never will I'm very disappointed at the customer service that this young lady has presented to me. "The cashier was very unprofessional I asked for additional cheese and crushed red pepper he gave me 2 packs I asked for more and the cashier gave me a stupid look at his face. I also asked for napkins and plates and the cashier decides an unnecessarily large stack of napkins on the few plates and cheese packs he gave me. I ordered two big pizzas and asked them to be cooked extra crispy. I even made sure that the restaurant reminds them, but they could clearly not follow simple instructions. The pizza dough was barely cooked by it tasted slightly raw. I wouldn't recommend this place to any of my family or friends. I don't want them to get sick from their badly cooked pizza dough and unprofessional service."
