"There's a lady chunky she's freaking rude asked me for my ID when I wanted to buy a scratcher I go and get it and the person infront of me got one and she didn't ask him for ID and I asked her did you ask him for his ID and she said she can ask who ever she wants for ID . Didn't give me my receipt for my smoothies and she said that's yours you can't hear your number I responded I didn't get my receipt so I don't know ow my number and she rudly said have a wonderfully day . You guys need to straightened up your employees or fire her."

How is this JUI not going to offer rewards benefits...stupid. So if you have the app, you can't use any of the rewards on there because their system won't take it....

I had the most horrible experience going in today. The staff member seemed to be confused on how to go about my refund after I requested one. She couldn’t offer me a refund receipt much less an apology for the experience I had. She couldn’t tell me an approximate of when I’d get my refund either.
