"Longtime customer. I used to love their Teri deluxe combo with the salad, but I found a fly in the salad. Low and behold another person had the same problem 7 months ago. It took two phone calls and coming back in to the store to get a full refund. No I don’t want a voucher for a free chicken salad that I just found a fly in but a full refund. Horrible customer service. The kids at the front are always nice and friendly but management get your act together"

The website should have shared this information, and they should not have taken my order. Very poor management. Now, I have to try to get my money back. Bad business! Will not order here again."
