If you're in search of a delicious New York-style pizza while at Scottsdale Quarter, look no further than Grimaldi's. They offer thin crust pizzas with a wide variety of toppings to choose from. I personally enjoy pairing my pizza with a cold beer, and Grimaldi's has a great selection of craft beers to choose from. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they even have outdoor seating available. I highly recommend checking them out.
