Food was over priced for quality. Been going there for years. But the food has gone down hill rather than up. Unlike the prices. What a shame. Have to cross it off our list of places to go.

Hanks--in our opinion--is the best steakhouse in the Las Vegas Valley. The food is always high quality and cooked perfectly. We feel like we get great value for the price. What sets Hanks apart is the service and attention they give you. When we went, there was a party of 50 people in the back room, and another table of 14 people. Yet we received personalize service, especially from Grace--the new addition to Team Claudio and Bo. She kept our water glasses full and the table organized. We appreciated her attention. We will, of course, be back soon.

For the first time in our 28 years of marriage, my wife and I returned to a restaurant as our experience in 2023 at Hanks had been outstanding (see prior review). This year however we had almost the exact opposite experience. We knew going on a Saturday night would be loud, but we were not prepared for the level it was. We were seated in the dining room in the booth closest to the bar and their live entertainment. "I have eaten here several times. It's a great quick food stop when playing Chimera. This time I got a turkey sandwich, and that thing was so good. I can't explain why, but on a hot day it was a great hunger killer. The burgers and other food are just as good too. I haven't tried everything, but everything I have had is good."

"This restaurant is the best! The service is amazing and friendly. Our host was singing Christmas carols and even waved to us outside before we entered. We felt right at home. All nine of us enjoyed our meals. One person asked for no butter on their toast, and our cheerful waitress happily replaced it. There was plenty of food, including a baby omelet. My favorite dish was the Pilgrim omelet with turkey, guacamole, and Jack cheese. It was the best omelet I've ever had, and I make my own!"

"An outstanding small Italian restaurant where the head chef is a Filipino! Rudy (the owner and chef) came to our table twice during our meal to chat, make sure all was to our liking, and to make recommendations on the finer things. We hadn't been there before but for sure will return. With a bottle (and a full glass afterward) of wine, two appetizers, and four entrees, our bill was only $200. What a deal!"

"I had the brisket by the pound and seasoned fries. The brisket was very tender and the fries were well seasoned. I also ordered their biscuits, the smallest order is 3 biscuits so I ordered that. They have a selection of jellies you can choose from, but itan additional charge. I tried the apple bacon one, but I actually liked their whipped butter better. I also asked for breadfor my brisket. They will provide toast but they don't toast it with butter, so that was not my favorite. My friend ordered aBLT with seasoned fries and she liked hers. If you are not familiar with the water district area it can be confusing on how toget in. They do have a sign located towards the top of the building. I think I passed it a least twice. You have to park inthe back of the restaurant or on the street, the parking is free. I parked in the back of the restaurant, so then I walkedaround to the front. Also, they serve breakfast, but I believe the times on Google may be in correct. My GPS was telling methat they didn't open until 11. So heads up on that. The staff was friendly and the establishment was cleaned. Theestablishment is just the right size and they have a bar inside as well."

"I was so impressed with the food at this restaurant that I couldn't even take a photo before diving into my lunch. I loved the North Philly and Garlic Parm fries. Being from Pennsylvania originally and now living out west, it had been a long time since I had a truly delicious cheesesteak. The staff was friendly, the portion sizes were good, and it gave me a taste of home. I will definitely be coming back here as a regular stop whenever I visit Vegas."
