"Asked for just butter, cheese, and chives on my baked potato and instead got a baked potato covered in melted cheese and that's it. Wife asked them to put the lemon pepper seasoning on the side for our daughter's chicken so we could see if she liked it first. Instead they put it directly on the chicken and covered it. Daughter didn't like the seasoning, so her meal was out. Asked for half pound of pulled chicken. Didn't get the full half pound or so it looks like. Pulled chicken was not very good. The most bland pulled pork and Mac n cheese I've ever had in my life. Even when I had Covid and lost my sense of smell/taste, foods still had more flavor than this.

"The food was not great had to drown the fried chicken in hot sauce because of no seasoning. Collard greens taste like they were from a can, Mac n cheese was cold. Resturant Floor was super sticky the whole place looked dirty from traffic I guess and the resturant had an old mop water odor . Kid at register was more concerned about talking about Highschool escapades rather than putting a fork and napkin in my bag and cleaning up. I wish it was better as there’s no soul food out that way. But I’m not going again."

"I ordered food online for pickup at the window and when I arrived I was told that the “spuds” I ordered weren’t available (hadn’t been put in the oven that morning), the other things I ordered were ready and that I needed to pick something else in place of the baked potatoes. There was an issue with cancelling part of my order so the entire order was supposed to be cancelled and refunded. I was charged for the food I got minus the potatoes, after the cancellation of the first charge. Wendy was very pleasant through the entire process. Days later I realized both charges had posted to my account and I called the location to have it straightened out. I spoke with Wendy again and she took my information so her manager could look into the issue and call back. I was offered a free meal if the refund couldn’t be processed but the amount I paid was for more than two meals. I waited for a call back but hours later I received a notification that I’d been refunded for the first order that was supposed to be cancelled. While I appreciate the fact that the refund was issued, a phone call from the manager apologizing for the inconvenience and hearing what I had to say about the situation would’ve made the situation better and I would have definitely considered going back in the future but I think I’ll pass."

"I love consistency at this point. They always serve high-quality dishes and strong drinks. I enjoy their vegan options and the high service that I receive at dinner here. If I have to change something in the menu, they are always there. You keep the chips and salsa coming too! The manager goes around the restaurant to visit different tables to make sure everyone is satisfied with his experience that adds to my high views for this facility. I recommend this location!"

"I mostly get my food to go because I live 5 minutes away. I have eaten here so many times since moving to the area because the food is excellent. The portions are generous and you can usually make a meal into two servings. My all time favorite meal is the combination fried rice with chicken and shrimp. It has lots of chicken and large shrimp and the carryout container is filled with rice. I also love their vegetable soup. It's like comfort food on a cold day! The container is filled with clear broth and fresh vegetables like broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, cabbage, celery and onions. This is my go-to meal always but I've tried other menu items as well like Thai Spring Rolls, Spicy Wontons, Crab Rangoon, and Fried Coconut Shrimp. All items also very good! Their food is spicy so keep that in mind when ordering your level of heat/spice."
