I don't hear the speaker about the pouring rain, so I think because it wasn't someone else in the line that I would go to the window to order my 2 drinks. there were only 2 drinks! After I sat there, not noticed for a few minutes by 2 employees in the interior, a third employee came into the window and I explained that I couldn't hear the loudspeaker about the pouring rain and I had to order 2 drinks. she was told by the manager, if I wanted to order one, I would have to go back to the speaker. written hours are 530 o'clock 9 o'clock. this place is not around 530 clock. they fight for 6. that has been a problem for a while. I've been at the Drive-Thru several times. After waiting for 7 minutes, I went to the window. I asked when they open as soon as we can, I also said we need 15 minutes (at 6 o'clock) today morning (bed 3/2/22) I never moved around 6:05 a chance to give even my order. at 6:11 without answer. I love the cookies here, but not enough to be too late for work! Maybe they should open around 7 or just give up on the breakfast. I'm done.
