"I had an extremely unpleasant experience with my meal recently on 8/17/24. Dry-aged steak was awesome! Service was a bit lackluster but there was a big banquet, so it’s understandable. I also believe the AC may have been broken but food was still great!

I had the scallops and risotto which were amazing! My family had other dishes like the salmon and steak which were equally good. Would recommend to a friend. Please visit! Thank you.

The food was so delicious. We had the Caesar salad to start with, steak and then lava cake to finish it off. The service was amazing, the server knew the menu top to bottom and gave great recommendations. First time and will be back absolutely!

"Me and my friend decided to stop into Miss Phay for a quick lunch. The atmosphere in Miss Phay is possibly the best in the QC, and it is very welcoming. They keep it very clean inside of the restaurant. We got our orders taken quickly, and got our food in a good time. We both ordered spicy pad thai and it was amazing yet again. "While this restaurant has an upscale atmosphere, unfortunately, we didn’t feel that the food followed through. Our table ordered the filet trio, the 14 ounce ribeye, and the Parmesan crusted NY strip. All of our steaks were cooked well to the appropriate temperature and looked delicious, but the ribeye was thin, and the Parmesan crust on both the strip and one of the filets was just a little over the top for us. The crust itself just wasn’t what we were expecting and there was quite a lot of it. The garlic mash I had with my strip I thought was pretty good. Creamy, though a bit heavy on the garlic. The others at the table felt it was too much like a purée consistency and not quite a mash. A lot of other reviews say the steaks are overpriced and I have to agree there, especially for the ribeye. The strip was probably the best steak we ordered— a little over an inch thick and tender, but the ribeye was probably 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick and we were questioning whether it was actually a full 14 ounces. The side of lobster mac cheese, however, was very good. Now, this is being really not-picky here, but I even felt that the Caesar salad was a little lack luster. A majority of the romaine in my salad was slightly brown on the edges, but I really liked the dressing and the croutons. All this being said, this was our first time here. We really can’t speak to the quality of the Italian offerings here, so maybe those dishes really are the stars at this establishment. I can say with certainty, though, that we are unlikely to return for steak. We would maybe consider trying something else here if we’re ever back in the area."

"July 2, 2023 1 out of 15 meals was complete, correct, or served properly. One darn meal! Spent $600 for 14 incomplete meals. Service lady was kind, courteous and apologetic. Last count, the resturant had 6 others tables also dining on this day, so they were not packed and stacked. Arrived 6:09 ordered relatively promptly 6:48 PM. Last ordered arrived 8:55 PM. Whoever was plating the meals, clearly was asleep at the wheel, blew the entire assignment. Those who ordered sirloin burgers, received half cooked, under prepared, underwhelming meals. Salads with little dressing, fries that had been warmed and warmed again. The salmon entree with mashed potatoes! I feel bad for the potatoes, whoever made that dish should not be on the detail. Cold and lumpy! Oddly enough, the serving plate was very warm to the touch. Fyi, the salmon sandwich is not, nor should it be juicy. How do you not put cheese on a cheeseburger "
