"12/2023: My last review was about two years old and so I felt like it was time to update my review. Herald Harbor Hideaway is a cozy hidden dive bar. They have what has to be Maryland’s most delicious sausage and pepperoni calzone and orange crush. Amanda and Logan are the best bartenders and waitresses they are friendly and always on top of their orders. Oftentimes, they will have karaoke or a DJ, which is a great opportunity. I’m really looking forward to having my birthday party at the Hideaway after seeing how fun Amanda has made it for a group of people this past week."

Friendly atmosphere for the most part. Also you can go right next door and get lucky charms (psst, that's why I'm giving it 5 stars). What more could you want?

Ordered a large sausage pie with xtra cheese (2nd time since the pies before were stingy) This is the 2ndtime I have paid for the xtra cheese and it does not go to the edges or the center weird interpretation of xtra cheese. Bartender was super nice

This a great spot for locals to grab a drink and have a casual meal. Pizza and burgers are great and they have a broad menu where everyone can find something they'll like. The atmosphere is low key and the sound level makes it possible to actually hear your table mates. A fun place to eat and drink!

"I stopped there the first time just don't happenstance. Was Wednesday at 6:00 and I had a 7:00 meeting and I was hungry. I ordered my go-to which is a cheesesteak sub lettuce tomato mayonnaise and raw onions and hots. Price was right it was under $10 and they delivered it to the table and shouted me a free soda. Thought that was a nice gesture. I eat a lot of cheesesteak subs this one was superb. Highly recommend it great place good people plenty of easy parking."

"I visited this restaurant during happy hour and took advantage of their half-priced appetizers. I ordered 10 wings for $7.50 and a glass of unsweetened tea. The tea was freshly brewed and very refreshing. I chose to have half of my wings in old bay flavor and half in dill pickle flavor. The wings were a good size, but the dill pickle flavor lacked a bit of taste. However, it did come with a pickle on the side. Though I was hoping for more pickle flavor, dipping the wings in ranch helped enhance the taste. We sat on the deck, which had a beautiful view, and could hear live music playing inside. The bathrooms were exceptionally clean. I would definitely return if I am in the area again."

"Hard to find, in a small town, and was packed when I visited. Only one employee, but he worked fast, was polite, and he didn't cut corners on food safety. Got everyone served quickly. Store was very clean and bathrooms were clean and stocked. Really, for a Subway, a great experience. When things slowed down, I heard the employee chatting nicely with customers. I'm guessing this employee may have been the owner. Bravo."
