My wife is very particular about her Chinese cuisine, and I have been on a mission to find a replacement for our previous favorite restaurant since we moved an hour away. Hot Wok is the best Chinese restaurant in the city. I was disappointed after trying Pen's and Lucky China, but Hot Wok exceeded my expectations. Give it a try and see for yourself!
