"Every time I have passed by this place, I have been wanting to try the food here, and I finally did. The restaurant from the outside looks super inviting with all the geranium plants beautifully decorating every window. Service was good and friendly, but the food, frankly, was a total disaster. Given another chance I wouldn't visit this place. The quantity of the food for the price being paid was pathetic. The menu's...Good lord, whoever discovered these combinations!! Really considered this to be a typical Swiss Chalet and expected some real good Älpler-macaronni, or Rösti but in vain. Very limited choice of dishes on the menu card. Honestly, it's a pleasant place for a drink or two. The cherry ice tea was quite refreshing."

"this place has the most amazing view where the garden in the open directly returns to the lake. huge beautiful boats pass while they receive from large coffee from large service. when we arrived, it rained and the outside area was closed. I asked if we could go outside anyway and the waitress dry all the tables and chairs for us, which was very nice. we have taken away cakes from here and they are delicious, but if they have the time, it is definitely worth expanding the vision of the sea. Five."

"We booked without any great expectations and are thrilled. A wonderful hotel that suits our tastes. Without exception, the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable with a small balcony and a fantastic view of the lake. We found the Rigi-Stübli restaurant absolutely beautiful, we ate excellently and the wine recommendation was great. Don't miss our highlight in the hotel, the Epi-Bar. Cool drinks in the best atmosphere. We had booked with breakfast and nothing was left to be desired. Thank you very much for the lovely stay, we recommend the hotel for everyone who loves something special."

"One hotel and two completely different impressions. The location on the private peninsula with direct access to the lake, lawn, fireplace and large park is unique. The view from the hotel and the rooms is world class. The rooms, however, are in dire need of a refresh. They look worn and smell. Stains on the walls, strong wear and tear on the furniture and what is not possible moldy joints in the shower. In addition, the rooms are quite soundproof. The friendliness of the employees is limited. In Switzerland it is rather unusual for the waiter to stand in front of the guest with the bill and card machine after the negative question about dessert. All the more amazing as the restaurant wasn't even half full. This place has the potential to be paradise. With a little work and will, so much would be possible."
