"It consisted of a layer of colored rice on top of a layer of goat curry, but there was an off-putting layer in between that was simply a generous amount of salt added just before packaging. I didn’t understand the reasoning behind that at all—it made the dish inedible. Additionally, it didn’t come with raita or any gravy, although the pictures suggested that it should. That wasn't a deal-breaker for me, but the excessive salt was. It honestly felt like the salt container slipped from the cook’s hand and landed in the box. I ordered goat biryani while traveling and arrived late, so I was pleased to find that my food had been delivered before I got there. However, once I started eating, I was disappointed. The biryani lacked flavor, the goat was tough and chewy, and even the raita tasted sour and almost spoiled.
