Had to get our own napkins and ask for silverware. Asked for a Coke and got a watered down Pepsi. Bartender never came by to ask how the food was. My wife's chicken sandwich was served raw! The bartender took the sandwich off the bill but I'm sure nothing happened to the cook who made it.

It's not the Hy-Vee Market Grilled Express, it's Wahlburgers. And it's pretty good. It's not very fast, but the burgers are delicious and worth the wait. They've also got some pretty creative toppings and stuff, so even though it's a burger it can have a very different taste. I also really enjoy the sweet potato tots.
