"I’m glad that this exists in St Pete! It’s a real gem among a lot of sub-par restaurants. However, having just moved here from Seattle we are spoiled with regards to Japanese food. As such, our bar was pretty high and the food here fell just short of five stars. Overall it was delicious and we will be back, but some of the flavors were lacking. The pork katsu, for example, was mostly just salty. The Karaage was good but the sauce seemed like off-the-shelf spicy mayo and they could have done something more creative. We really enjoyed the ramen but it’s not a pork broth so it felt a bit light relative to what we were craving. Not a bad thing, just different! The server was attentive and no-no...

We heard the food was delicious with a great atmosphere and were not disappointed. Happy hour had a wide selection of drinks and specialties, had the pork dumping app that bleed our thoughts with taste. Dinner was fantastic as advertised. Very recommended

We made a reservation days in advance and once we sat down waited 15 minutes without anyone addressing us. Had to walk up to the host who grabbed the waitress working our section. Turns out it was the same waitress that had been working the tables around us so its not like she didnt see us there. She then forgot our appetizer. Food was great, location was very trendy and ambient, but if thats the kind of service they offer I will never be coming back nor will I recommend this place to anyone. Thank you, next.
