We arrived at 10 am, hungry, and were seated right away; however, we were ignored for 45 minutes while servers walked around us, with menus in hand looking around, until we inquired about who was helping us. Not to mention that the air conditioning seemed to be out, and I, along with other patrons, were fanning ourselves with the menus that we hoped would not be taken away. After the wait, a server gave us a passive apology stating that she didn 't know she had a table. After ordering, our food took another 25 minutes to come to the table. I would avoid this place at all costs. I ended up leaving after roughly 1.5 hrs without ever seeing my food. They didn 't have plain coffee cream, only artificially flavored coffee whitener which I cannot drink without getting nauseous; and my waitress insisted this is not only cream but also that this the only coffee creamer they have where on earth does this kind of service and attitude come from? At least go get us some milk. We asked for lemon wedges to add to our water which never came during our 1.5 infuriating hours there.
