Horrible service. Waitress didnt come back for refills and had to ask for utensils, waited over 45 mins for hamburgers. The food was bland and lukewarm. Born and raised in Nogales and never been so disappointed in my own hometown.

"Food pricing is outrageous, $16 for a small bowl of lasagna. Chicken was dry in the fettuccine alfredo, and I hardly was served any drinks. Visibly understaffed, the waiters/waitresses were both waiting and bussing at the same time, although they were doing the best they could with the circumstances they were in. We asked for the check, then waited 15 minutes and no one came back, so we had to go in and ask for it at the front. Overall ok experience, just wish the service would've been better."

"I had lunch today and was very disappointed—not with the service, but with what came out of the kitchen. I ordered a fish Veracruzana, but instead received what looked like fish nuggets topped with a bit of salsa. The menu stated that it would come with rice and coleslaw, but that wasn't included. Additionally, I noticed that the cash register was not functioning properly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

"Are you a breakfast at any time type of person? Then Jack in the box is your new quick move! The egg and cheese croissant meal was warm flaky and so delicious. Hash Browns perfectly seasoned and the coffee is delicious. I never knew I needed the ALL DAY BREAKFAST menu until today. Service was very nice greeted with a smile and a friendly face."
