"My husband and I used to be loyal customers for 10 years until one night when the owner of the restaurant said she didn’t care about us or our patronage. They gave me the wrong takeout order, my husband went back to get the correct order and somehow the situation escalated into this. My husband asked her to remove the order from the bill for the inconvenience and she made it clear she doesn’t care about the situation, our experience or our business."

"I have been going to Kings for the past 25 years at mountaintop. Today the food was terrible. I ordered wood fired pizza with meat, onions and peppers. What I received was a pizza with some onions, tons of peppers and very little meat. I tired to eat it but it was terrible. I sent it back. They wanted me to order something else but after my first attempt at getting a pizza, didn’t want to. I go the bill and had to pay for the pizza. I gave the waitress 0 tip and talked to the boss. They will never get another dollar of my money again. I’ll be looking for another pizza shop! If zero stars was possible, I would choose it!"

"After three days before the time reservations were made and 2 hours especially drive to dinner, was said the tables were full, still noticed a kept sign on the table next to us. So maybe choose and choose for whom they actually save tables? said no manager before place to talk with, but finally a very helpful waitress cleaned a table for us. the cavanaugh data medium well ordered and after about an hour wait, the steak was the worst steak I ever had, filet or otherwise. so dry and over boiled it was unusable. the clams were also very dry. all in all we enjoyed our experience as we intended to travel, but were disappointed by the food and in fact that reservations are recommended to be clearly only honored as the personal looks fit. music was good in this night, but that helped the experience. kudos to the band that was there last Friday and the waitress that was so courteous. (for some reason upload the photo of the meal, but not in the position."

"Issues with our order placed on line. We have ordered previously from this shop with out issue. Two orders place one after the other. Store states 1st order not there, but 2nd order was fulfilled. Bank states order was generated to multiple locations which included Utah, California, New York and a nearby Pennsylvania town. That Subway says ordering store diverted order."
