"JT's food is a small town gem. The owner and his wife care about the service, the food and the people. If you ever had bad service from here, they are aware and handle it promptly. The food is small town fantastic. My kids love the wing of the month! The chicken fried steak/chicken is awesome and the green beans are like grandma cooked them. I also love their chili."

"$28 for steak fajitas and a large guac. The portions were what you would expect for a kids menu item and tasted equally as bad. How do you mess up fajitas and guacamole? This place would not make it in a bigger town.....there are just too few of options in little De Soto so people deal with getting bent over for terrible food and high prices."

"Pizza by the slice! I had been traveling to DeSoto for months for a temporary work assignment. On the last day, someone brought me here. I missed out all those previous days. Excellent pizza pie. I had a slice of a hamburger with onion and peppers. Not a commonly offered pizza, but one of my favs. It was excellent. We also split a large Angus. Also, top quality. If I have a chance to return to DeSoto, I'll definitely will be hitting up KJ's again. Tjey're doing god's work."

"The sandwich artist, Kailynn, was quite cheerful and made me feel welcome. She made an excellent sandwich, with a generous amount of toppings, but folded neatly so the toppings weren't spilling out. The bread and vegetables tasted very fresh. The floor and tables were almost impeccably clean. The location is great, with easy access from the highway and a spacious parking lot. I will definitely come back to this Subway in the future.UPDATE: I've eaten here two more times since then, at different times of day, and had the same excellent experience. I would highly recommend this Subway restaurant to anyone."
