"Located along a busy stretch of West Tuscarawus Ave in Canton, this small family owned establishment is easy to miss. One evening I happened to be out that way and decided to stop in. While it is important to note that they only offer carryout service, the quality of food should not be overlooked! The menu is available online and consists of an enticing array of homemade pastas (gnocchi, fettucine, angel hair, ziti, cavatelli), hoagies, pizza, and salads. After calling I spoke to one of the employees and placed my order: spaghetti with red sauce and mushrooms. When I arrived my order was already and it came with bread and a salad. The spaghetti was cooked al dente and paired well with the savory red sauce and mushrooms. The salad was crisp and came with a house Italian dressing, while the bread acted as a perfect vessel to scoop up the last remnants of sauce. "A Canton institution! Great coneys, soups, burgers, olive nut sandwiches, Tuna melts, among other things. Best vanilla ice cream ever, we go there just for their Vanilla ice cream, and that's not my go to ice cream flavor normally. "Our first visit to Fronimos and we loved it. The interior is very well done, a small space but very charming. It has a very warm, inviting atmosphere. I ordered the tequila jalapeno sour drink it was fantastic (although you better like jalapeno). The food was wonderful! I truly appreciate a restaurant the does NOT feel the need to have a huge menu, but yet offers enough variety for everyone. I had the walleye special and my husband had the beef over risotto, portion sizes were perfect, food was delicious. Can't wait to return!"
