I visit two locations of this restaurant: this one and the one on Thunderbird. When the kids are on summer break or I’m not working, I usually come to this location. Dion is fantastic—he remembers my drink and is always very friendly. I typically arrive between 8 and 8:10 in the morning, and I don’t understand how some people can complain; it’s early, after all! How cheerful do you expect them to be at that hour? I’ve never had a bad experience here, and I plan to keep coming back. Thank you!

I have to say, I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I arrived at 7:55, and their website shows that they open at 7 am. However, I was told that they actually don’t open until 8 am. When I pointed out that the posted hours say 7 am, the employee replied that they are on winter hours and now open at 8 am. At that point, I decided to leave and went half a mile down the road to Tropical Smoothie, which was open. As a side note, I wasn’t the only one turned away at that time.

When I walked in Cam at 10:45am just in case you want to review the tape was nodding his head up and down in a frustrating manner as if something was frustrating him and asked if I could help I like to help others he politely said no and I smiled andsaid ok .
