Jamba Juice - Speisekarte

The manager here is so rude. I believe her name is Maria. I understand people have bad days but I shouldn?t feel like I?m not wanted as a customer just because something is going on at home. My Mango-a-Go-Go was great though!

I have noticed that many restaurants have employees who are not in a good mood lately, which is understandable because we are all human. However, the girl working at this restaurant on Wednesday morning seemed like she was in a particularly bad mood or had a problem. Her bad attitude made me think that maybe the boss doesn't pay attention to the customer service his employees are providing. Jamba Juice used to be my go-to place for a refreshing drink, but after my experience today, I will never go back there again, for myself or my children.

I absolutely adore Jamba Juice and usually have a great experience there. However, today was a bit unusual. I typically use buy one get one free cards for my family of four, using two at a time to pay for two and get two free. I've done this several times before, but today the cashier would not allow me to use both cards at once. I'm not one to cause a scene or ask for a manager, especially since it was busy, but I was confused by the inconsistency. I don't like when things change between visits or when employees aren't aware of the rules. Just a heads up for when you visit.
