"Jersey Mike's is a fantastic spot for a quick sandwich, with always fresh and delicious options. However, my only complaint is that during lunchtime, it often feels like it's just as busy for the staff as it is for the customers. There are usually around ten people in line and only three employees at the counter. They seem to be juggling making our sandwiches while also handling online orders simultaneously. I believe that all locations should have a dedicated countertop for online orders; while some places do have this, others do not. It would be helpful to have more staff at the counter preparing sandwiches. That's my only suggestion."

Go anywhere else! We?ve received sandwiches that were completely different than we ordered them! This happens on a regular basis!

I really hope the manager reads this. I have been to this location twice before and each time you wait like 10 minutes if not longer just to place your order. I don?t know if they just don?t have staff right now but this also happened to me pre-Covid. Ifeel bad for the staff. They need help. Asap.

This restaurant is terrible. I waited 26 minutes for a single sandwich I ordered online, and when I finally received it, it was made incorrectly. The only response I got from the manager was, "We made it correctly and on time." There was no offer to fix the issue or provide a refund. I left without my food and feeling completely disregarded. I've never had this kind of problem at other Jersey Mike's locations, but I won't be returning to the La Habra store until the current staff is replaced.
