Had Jersey Mike's for the first time a few weeks ago and was excited to come back. Ordered chicken bacon ranch in a wrap and a chipotle cheese steak sandwich. They forgot the sauce!! No ranch and No chipotle on our order. The wrap and sandwich were so dry. Wanted to try the chipotle to see how it tasted and now we will never know. Spending $20 is disappointing when the order is incorrect

This is a good sub shop chain, decorated in a Jersey Shore theme. It is familiar to me because I used to live along the Jersey Shore they understandably don't show the general age and decayed look that much of the shore has. The sandwiches are freshly made and good, made with good ingredients, care and skill. The selection of chips and drinks is good. The facility is bright, cheery and functional. The staff is engaging, helpful and efficient. Overall, this is a good option for a sub.

WARNING: if you have an allergy, do not eat here! Tried to eat here twice but had to walk out. I have a gluten allergy and they have previously used the back counter space exclusively for gluten free subs, but are now using it for regular subs as well. This location is a cross contamination nightmare. The employees even had an attitude the one time we asked them to clean the area. (We should have walked out that time as well) Why offer gluten free subs if you just put gluten on them anyway? I'm super disappointed and am not likely to try this location again.
