"Three of us enjoyed the Korean wings, a french onion soup, a grilled cheese sandwich and two servings of the salmon tacos. It was all delicious, and served with a smile. We sat outdoors because the dining room felt a little cool, and we were treated to a tremendous thunder clap that reverberated off the mountains. We didn't get wet as we were under an umbrella."

I ordered the omelet, it was flavorless and uninspired. The best part of the meal was the toast, pretty low bar.

The food is amazing! The service was subpar. The waiter was not attentive at all. There were hardly any tables for lunch, and we were not well taken care of. The food was terrific, and if it wasn't for that we would not go back.

"This is my wife and mine’s first time going to a more upscale restaurant for our anniversary, and we are so glad we got the chance to come to Flagstaff House for our 15th. The experience was very unique and special to both of us. The view was stunning, and really provided a great atmosphere. The food was fresh, exciting, delicious and filling. The cocktails were fun and tasty. The staff was so patient, attentive, kind, and generous. We really appreciated everyone. We are hoping to make this an annual event, and would love to come back. "we have been happy with friends who we hadn't seen for a long time for dinner. I have chosen via perla about other restaurants in the inner city of boulder because it offers good Italian cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. but I had hoped that the restaurant would not be crowded with loud people, because we really wanted to talk and catch up, not scream and laugh gay. we have, to our great joy, laugh a lot, listen to us strata and comments, and enjoyed our cocktails and dinners. add the wonderful and cheerful service of a friendly server called stacy, and they have everything essential for a beautiful night out. "My wife’s cosmopolitan was half full, one of our guests ordered tonic and it tasted odd. Told the waiter who said that they had been having trouble all day. Finally a member of the kitchen staff served the entrees and spilled my beer on the entree as well as my leg. He fetched a napkin and wiped the beer off the plate and left it on the table. I would recommend a better restaurant with trained staff"
