"POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I placed an order via Door Dash for two lunch specials. The establishment only sent one order with the Door Dash deliverer; fortunately, the young lady was willing to go back to retrieve the other order. I called Dragon Express to make them aware of the mistake. I asked if they could deliver the order as them not sending it was not the driver's fault or my own. I was told, No driver you can come back to pick it up I was not offered an apology. I called back shortly after to advise the Door Dash driver would be returning to pick up the order. I asked if they could send my co-worker and I a courtesy dessert as an act of customer service due to being inconvenienced. They offered to send two canned drinks and was rushed off of the phone. I gave the Door Dash driver an additional tip. So my co-worker and I ended up paying $30 for two lunch specials."

"I just like this place... It's a total mood. The music, the food, the atmosphere. It feels like I'm entering El Nopal. The truth is you just have to come here. The ladies here are friendly, friendly, the food is TASTY and affordable... Lucky Hour is the best deal you will find on site for authentic Mexican food! The Carnitas are juicy and tender! The tortillas are always right. The beans and rice are perfect compliments together! And you will enjoy your margarita!!! "Way overpriced for the quality and tiny portion given. They dont even give the bare minimum of proper Japanese soy sauce, it the fake saltwater dyed brown that you get from cheap corner store carryout. Nearly $30 for one measly appetizer and one roll topped with mushy brown avocado? Ridiculous."

"I have NEVER received a milkshake I ordered so dont waste time trying. Also my most recent delivery my daughter and I both ordered a stack of pancakes as a side and all the pancakes that were plain buttermilk were contaminated with chocolate which appeared to have came from a dirty grill. My daughter ordered the hashbrowns with cheese which had black specks in the which again appeared to be particles from a dirty grill. The Loaded Veggie Omelette we both ordered were good aside from the fact mine was supposed to be egg white and they sent whole egg. The roasted red skin potatoes I got were fine, they also had some dirty looking specks but the flavor and texture was fine."

"Wanted to try the new vegan cheese sauce so I decided to go to Taco Bell. The service was pretty bad. 10 minutes plus for two burritos and nacho fries. They forgot the fries it first. And the burrito looked like something that my dog threw up on the inside. Thankfully, I wasn’t that impressed with the vegan cheese sauce, so I will not be back. I can make better food at home for less money and probably in lunchtime. Management here really needs to tighten up because the majority of the employees were talking and cracking jokes and not actually working.
