"The first time I went to Kafe Neo was with my best friend and it was a great experience. My food was delicious, the waitress was very friendly and we didn't have to wait long. But 6 months later I decided to go with my friend and had the best service. And at the service, I mean that someone led us where we can sit. When we sat down, the table was still dirty.
