"This is a popular place. It's an old fashioned time nostalgic kinda place that has good fish burgers and yummy old fashioned shakes. The burgers used to be better but, the last time I got one, the patties were super thin, and the taste wasn't that great. Maybe they changed the co they get their supplies from? This place is slowly changing like the good ol places usually do. prices of supplies get to them and they start going down hill. I hope that it was a momentary fluke and that goes back to its normal good place to eat old fashioned cooking."

The staff was friendly, the food was good, the beer was nice and cold! I would have got 5 stars, except that her men's room was totally revolted! Sure it was just a bad timing. But still.

What a fantastic discovery! While heading home, I decided it was time for lunch and started searching for a place to eat. I found that Kalama was conveniently located just off the highway. The food was excellent, and the service was quick. We've made it one of our regular stops whenever we travel on I-5.

Great place, more similar in quality/taste to Burgerville, if you want to compare it to a burger joint most people would be familiar with, but better quality (and a little cheaper, too! it 's definitely a top pick for that area, and love that it looks like a little shack . They even made me a strawberry-peppermint shake even though peppermint wasn 't on the menu!
