"The good: Decor good by Indian restaurant standards, if somewhat minimalist. Licensed, although at this stage no actual wine or liquor list. Food ordered medium spice was prepared correctly. Appetizers (vegetable samosas, vegetable pakoras) were very good, but sadly much fresher and tastier than the main courses. The bad: Menu a little limited compared to typical Indian restaurants, with six or seven curry preparations to choose from, and within those preparations you choose from the same add-on ingredients (Chicken, Lamb, Beef, Shrimp or vegetarian). In of itself not a big negative (although the lack of any Saag dishes disappointed me), but while the lamb (in two of our main course choices...

The food here is fantastic. We were having dinner with friends and we all loved everything. Our server was very friendly, she was great. This place is a new favorite.

amazing eating! the service was a bit slow, but if we have mistakenly ordered our food too spicy, they fixed it for us very quickly it will definitely eat again there. only recommend ordering a step down from their usual seasoning level.

Whether you want to run down the street for a quick, healthy, and delicious meal, or you want a nice place to go with friends on date night, Karma will not disappoint. We tried out Karma after noticing it on Open Table, and have been back more than a dozen times. We often order additional meals to go so that we can enjoy another meal at home. Karma has delicious Indian Food, with a variety of cooking options including gluten free. I think we have tried everything on the menu and have loved it all. Great Food, Good Prices, and a Nice Atmosphere.

"We must have done something wrong here as Del Barrio has so many high star reviews but that was not our experience. 1st, very different experience based on where you sit. We were a party of 2 during a busy time. We were put at a 2 top a few inches away from other 2 person tables. We could hear EVERY word the tables next to us said and I'm sure everything we said was heard by them. 2nd, the menu/value. This is my own fault but I still hold them accountable for the inconsistency. Waiter asked if we wanted chips and salsa, which is included, we said yes, he then asked if we wanted cheese (queso dip) with those. Chips were still free but queso was $12. I also added chili verde to my birria burrito which cost an additional $4.50. I asked for melted cheese and that was left out. Both of us ordered burritos and for the base price the portions are fair but careful adding anything to it. 3rd, food quality. The chips and queso was really good, but still not anywhere close to $12+ good. But the burritos were mostly refried beans that were extremely bland. We're talking sub Taco Bell quality beans. Picture showed maybe 20% beans in the burritos, additionally beans were listed as the 3rd/4th ingredient in the burritos but both of our burritos were 80% bean and very little meat. Imagine the beans from 2 Taco Bell bean and cheese burritos, with out the onions and red sauce, packed into a larger tortilla with a little bit of beef sprinkled in and that was the burritos we got. So after getting a bill for $50 (only 1 soda ordered) and below Taco Bell quality, I felt it was my moral imperative to warn others. I'm not saying don't go here, as I'm sure they have some good food there or there wouldn't be so many great reviews but we sure didn't find anything worth more than $5."
