"I have so many complaints about this restaurant that I don't even know where to begin. What frustrates me the most is that they seem aware of their poor reviews, yet they only have two staff members (at most) trying to run the entire place. As a result, no one waiting will receive their orders on time! Additionally, I've experienced missing items from at least every other order. When I inquired about it, I was told it wouldn’t be fixed. In my last three calls, they promised to address the issue, but nothing was ever done. When I visited in person, they refused to assist me. It feels like we’re just giving them our money for nothing in return."

They were out of three items I requested and the service was incredibly slow. Our bag did not include plastic utensils or napkins.

Food was good but they give priority to the drive thru instead of people who order ahead. If you want food, go through the drive thru unless you like standing and waiting with a bunch of other people.

This review is for a Friday night at 6:00 p.m. After waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru line, I was informed that I couldn't order dark meat only. So, I decided to order a Famous Bowl instead and gave up on the dark meat chicken. When I finally reached the drive-thru window, I had to wait another five minutes because they were unable to break a $100 bill. Ankeny really needs a different franchisee for this Kentucky Fried Chicken location.
